Inside, the home has been thoughtfully renovated while preserving its historic character. Cathedral ceilings, Dade County Pine details, wood floors, French doors, quartz countertops, beautifully updated bathrooms, and tasteful coastal furnishings create a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

Start your mornings on the inviting front porch with a cup of coffee while enjoying one of Old Town's favorite pastimes—people watching. Then set out to explore the island on foot, knowing everything you want to see is just minutes away.

The backyard is where you'll likely spend much of your vacation. Surrounded by mature tropical landscaping, the private heated pool is the perfect place to cool off after a day of sightseeing or simply relax beneath the Key West sunshine.

Stretch out on one of the four loungers, float in the pool, or unwind on the oversized round daybed. When you're ready to cool off, the covered, roofed veranda offers a welcoming extension of the home's living space, complete with comfortable seating, a dining table for up to eight guests, and a Weber gas grill. It's the perfect spot for leisurely breakfasts, alfresco dinners, evening cocktails, or simply enjoying the gentle island breeze. French doors open from the pool area into the bright, open living room, where cathedral ceilings and comfortable furnishings create an inviting place to gather after a day on the island. Just off the living area is a fully equipped, functional kitchen featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you'll need whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or a full dinner at home. The open pass-through keeps the kitchen connected to the dining and living areas, making it easy to stay part of the conversation while meals are being prepared.

From the kitchen, a short hallway leads to the sleeping quarters. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen bed dressed in crisp linens, a Smart TV, generous closet space, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Conveniently located between the two bedrooms is an additional full bathroom, providing extra convenience for guests. At the end of the hallway, the second bedroom also offers a queen bed, Smart TV, ample storage, and its own private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. You are welcome to park on United Street where there are parking spaces for non-residents at either end of the block, however you may need to park on a side street.
